yea, it's makoto from street fighter 3: third strike. at first i didn't like her that much cuz of that karate uniform (which 7 or more characters got that in street fighter >_<), but while i played as her, i thought she was kinda cute. i dunno how some people can't tell whether she's a he or a she. i mean, her boobs are right there! and they can't see that!
well, this was originally a doodle i did during AP us history a while ago, and then i cged it. this is pretty much the first time i drew makoto tho.
